Ordering & Pricing
The Khmer Trading products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Khmer Trading reserves the right to refuse or accept an order request in whole or part wherein. Orders will only be dispatched on receipt of payment.
Prices listed when logged in as a wholesale user are exclusive to wholesale customers who have been given access by Khmer Trading and are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Government Taxes (GST). Wholesale clients will choose the “Wholesale Only – postage to be confirmed” shipping option and the “Wholesale Only” payment option which will allow Khmer Trading to issue a tax invoice inclusive of GST and postage once the order is ready for distribution.
Wholesale customers are given first access to new products and collections, new items are only available in the restricted section of the online shop where only customers with wholesale access can gain entry.
Payments
An invoice will be sent to the customer after the order has been packed and postage has been calculated. A full tax invoice will be emailed to the customer.
Deliveries
Khmer Trading offers delivery to most major areas of Australia using Australia Post standard or e-Parcel. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by Australia Post. Khmer Trading do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are signed for on delivery. If no-one is home and a secure place can not be found to leave the goods, they will be taken back to the depot. If redelivery is attempted the customer will be charged a second delivery fee. Khmer Trading accepts no responsibility for theft or loss once the goods have been delivered. All products purchased from Khmer Trading are made pursuant to a shipment contract which means that once the item has been delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for such items is passed to the customer. Please allow 3-5 days for domestic shipment. If the delivery details given by the customer are incorrect, thus affecting delivery an additional delivery charge may be applied.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Khmer Trading. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact Khmer Trading to discuss the matter. In the case of damage we require a digital photo within 2 days of receipt of goods and will credit the customer.
Cancellation of Orders
To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to info@khmertrading.com.au. If the order has not already been shipped, the order will be immediately cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, you will incur the cost of returning the goods.
